Class Description

• 6 weeks of classes (3 hours per class) 
• 6 hours of drop in time
• limit of 9 people per class
• firing, glazing and use of tools

You will learn the basics of potting. Preparing clay and how to center, basic shapes (bowls and cylinders) from which spring all other pots: cups bowls vases and teapots.

6 week class - $300 plus clay and tax for  a total of $343

You will learn the basics of hand building. Starting with the "pinch pot" and progress to slab work (tiles, boxes) and glazing. You will end up with many treasures to take home with you.

Not an advanced wheel class but not a beginner class! 
This class is designed for those who have taken the beginner wheel class and want to improve and hone their wheel throwing skills. Focus will be on pulling even walls, shapes, creating good throwing habits and techniques, repetition and learning to let go! Students will be highly encouraged to use their drop in time to the studio outside of class time to really get the benefit of the course.  6 week class - $300 plus clay and tax for  a total of $343

• Please make sure you can attend entire set of classes at the time of purchasing. Makeup classes are not available and are not refundable. 
• In order to reserve a class spot, students must pay for the class and a bag of clay. Refunds are only available up to 7 days before the class starts, less a $30 admin fee. No refunds are made after this deadline 

Please Note: The beginner wheel class is designed to teach the fundamentals of wheel thrown pottery and intended for those who have little to no experience.
